Our Clinical Team

Owner, Founder, and Nurse Practitioner
I’m William, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of clinical experience dedicated to helping adults navigate mental health challenges. My work has taken me across rural, suburban, and urban communities, where I have provided care in inpatient settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex mood disorders. My focus is on delivering thoughtful, evidence-based treatment tailored to each person’s needs.
Raised in New Jersey, I developed a deep appreciation for the many factors that shape mental well-being. My approach is rooted in both traditional psychiatric care and a broader understanding of how lifestyle influences emotional health. While my primary role is as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I also have a background as a professional chef and nutrition specialist. This experience informs my perspective, particularly in the growing field of nutritional psychiatry, where food and mental health intersect in meaningful ways.
I believe mental health treatment should be a collaborative process. During our sessions, we will work together to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals—whether that includes medication management, non-pharmacologic strategies, or a combination of both. I also recognize the importance of coordinating care with other professionals involved in your well-being to ensure a comprehensive approach.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help guide you toward a stronger, healthier future.
