Following our initial visit, we’ll come together to review how you’ve been doing since our last meeting. We’ll go over which recommendations are proving effective and identify any adjustments needed. This might include discussing medication, lab results, or holistic approaches to support your progress.
Sessions are flexible to meet your needs, offering 45-minute and 60-minute options for integrating psychotherapy, and a 30-minute option for those who may already be seeing another therapist and prefer to focus solely on medication and holistic approaches.
Treatment plans are personalized, with visit frequency typically ranging from weekly to every 2-3 months, based on our collaborative decision on what best suits your needs.

Patients appreciate having access to communication between appointments for any concerns that arise. Many who are on medication find reassurance in knowing they can update me on any changes and receive timely responses. Typically, emails and calls are returned within 1-3 business days.
