Nutrition-Based Mental Health Care That Lasts

I’m William, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, professional chef, and nutrition specialist, as well as the founder of MindSync Psychiatry in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Are you experiencing any of the following?➤ Struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health concerns;➤ Feel like their mental health has plateaued;➤ Feel confused by all the contradictory health information out there

My philosophy is to identify the root cause of your issues and address it with holistic, nutrition-based treatments that solve the problem from the bottom up—not simply bombard you with medications so I can check you off my list.

Mental health is fueled by more than thoughts –

It’s nurtured by the choices we make in every meal.
good food = good mood

What is Nutritional Psychiatry?

Nutritional psychiatry explores how nutrient-dense and nutrient-poor diets influence mental well-being. Traditionally, psychiatry has focused on the intricate workings of the brain, examining neurotransmitters and other mechanisms to enhance brain health. In contrast, nutritional psychiatry adopts a more holistic approach, looking at the broader health and lifestyle of each individual—including the impact of diet.

Understanding the mind-gut connection can empower individuals to take control of their health.
